What are the Benefits to the Church?

We are committed to leadership which begins with a commitment from leaders to equip the saints for works of service (Ephesians 4:12), which leads to a deeper walk of faith.  That transformation process moves from leadership to church members to families that will affect the community.  The transformation process looks like this:

  • Transformation starts with the individual faith walk (Romans 12:1-2)
  • Then extends to the family (Deut. 6:4-10)
  • Which has a positive effect on the church family (Romans 12:4-8)
  • And moves the church to reach out to the community (Matthew 28:18-20)
  • Resulting in true church growth (Ephesians 4:15-16)

“Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom….  When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them….  Like sheep without a shepherd.  Then he said to his disciples, the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.  Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

(Matthew 9:35-38)
